Lately I've Been Struggling With The Temptation To Use Again. (I Am A Ex Meth Addict) I've Been Almost 4 years clean, And It's Getting Really Hard. Any Advice.

4 years clean is a long sobriety journey, what or why are you tempted to use again after such great progress?
Look in the mirror and admire how healthy and happy you look compared to pictures of when you were using and be proud guy. Have come this far. Stay strong and don’t give in you have come a long way

4 years is amazing! Remember your whys and play it forward. If you start using where will you be in a month, week or even a day. It’s not worth the mental and physical toll on yourself. Keep busy the craving will pass. You got this💪🏻
Congratulations on 4 years! The struggle is real, so think about all you have attained in these 4 years. Try to dig deep and pinpoint the reason you want to use again. Maybe find a therapist? Keep growing and going. Being stagnate in our growth can conjure up the demonic energy that drives our addiction. REACH OUT!
Keep going man!! I had 3 years clean off of meth a few years ago, but since i relapsed i have fallen down again several times and struggled to keep clean for even a year straight. Dont give in to the temptation, just focus on all your hard work and let it drive your sober brain for you. Im so proud of you man, you've got this!

As others said, stay busy! Be of service, both in and outside of the program. Play the tape through. You know what will happen if you pick up.
Unfortunately It Was Meth, But I Today Created A Follow Up Post Stating That I Have Stayed Strong Thanks To The Help And Support Of Friends And Loved Ones.
Thank You So Much For Your Encouragement. You Can Do This Friend! And Yes I Am Relying On My Supports And Am Going To Create A Revised (2026) Relaspe Prevention Plan With My Friends And Loved Ones. It's Been Hard But I Won't Go Down Without One Heck Of A Fight. And Knowing God Is Going Has Helped Me Get This Far. I Have Confidence I Can Maintain My Sobriety.
