Subject at tonight’s meeting was “let it go”

Letting it go could mean the same as being willing to let God in pray and I remember honesty open-mindedness and willingness that's how you overcome addiction get a sponsor go to a meeting start working your steps that's how you let it go
I don't think it's always easy for anyone. I personally get upset when people demand it. You can't force willingness, but you can work on underlying things and feelings to try and be more ready to let it go. It's a process....take it easy..
