To me, that means KEEP GOING. Am I having some success in sobriety? Don't get complacent. Stay vigilant. Try to improve. Work harder. Have I met with failure? Then I'm succeeding as long as I keep going. Failure is a necessary component of success. There is no success without failure. The opposite of success isn't failure. The opposite of success is giving up. The opposite of success is not trying. Don't give up. Don't ever give up. We are, all of us, each one of us, worth it. It takes courage. It does. I keep my friends close at times like those. They love me when I can't love myself.
