I have 45 years sobriety.
I've been off & on with sugar abstinence over the past 35 years and I'm at the point of going sugar free again. Just wanted to put that general topic out there. Anyone else with a self-admitted sugar addiction who's trying to work on it?

CONGRATULATIONS on your 45 years of sobriety.
At one point in time I lived off the motto of "hand over the chocolate and no one will get hurt! Boy did that come back and haunt me.
