Suggestions?

Hello everyone. I'd like to begin this post by expressing my gratitude for recovery, supports, and applications like this one that make communication less difficult to access. Thank you in advance for any insight or suggestions.

I am currently in recovery from substance use disorder. I am a greatful recovering addict, and I am a member of NA, a fellowship that I am forever grateful for. I attend meetings regularly and have a sponsor with whom I speak with daily, I do service work, I also have stared step work and am currently working through the third step. I have been in recovery for a little over 10 months, and I also avail of professional supports, social support . I currently live in a sober living home.

Along with Substance Use Disorder, I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADHD and C-PTSD. These mental health conditions are becoming somewhat more manageable through applying therapeutic skills, adherence to my meditation regiment, maintaining a routine, and communicating with my support team.

I am looking for some insight or suggestions as to what natural/lifestyle or therapeutic techniques have worked for anyone else who is living with mental health conditions of a similar nature. Any suggested resources related to goal setting, overcoming limited beliefs, radical acceptance and emotion regulation would be greatly appreciated.

Therapy was really helpful for me along with meditation helps you stay in the present and exercise to release some endorphins
