Summer was a bad time to learn I have a big problem that needs to change in my life. 24 days with out a drink, and if I can make it through this summer… then I bet I can make it years.

Don't attempt to make it years or even summer. Make it through today. Looking at a mountain from its base makes the mountain seem much larger and more daunting. But looking at the rock in front of you makes that mountain into a series of small challenges
