Greatful fir lazy Sunday mornings enjoying my boyfriends company and listening to the rain. For afternoon hiking adventures. For how green and clear everything looks after the rain. I'm heading to Memphis tomorrow for a work conference- excited but also anxious since I'm traveling alone and won't know anyone there. But also excited for the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone a bit and bring some new ideas and perspectives back to our organization. I'm grateful I don't have the added anxiety of having to hide my drinking and can navigate these situations sober and aware of my feelings
