Super depressed and want to drink
Remember to play the tape. It’s there but you can ignore it. You can get through those cravings.
Sorry to hear about you being super depressed. I also suffer from depression and what helps me is figuring out something that can distract me from that obsessive compulsive behavior. Lately I’ve been journaling. In the past I went for a run. It’s amazing how quiet we can make our minds, when we have a plan.
Feel better friend 
Just being aware of what your body and mind is doing is the greatest start and tool to keep going on the sober train. There is a lot of content on the Internet if you search for it.
Not today
To make it through this very day sober, all we have to do is not drink for the next 12 or so hours. Just stay sober today. Make no major life changing decisions today, like drinking, and see what tomorrow brings. Prayers
