Went to a great meeting last night, up early to walk the dog, heading to the bagel place to stand in line (and eventually get bagels). Good to be sober today.

Salt bagel w cream cheese tomato basil and black pepper was my go to for at least 10 years (on the weekend) although I'd usually have to knock off 50% of the salt.
