Dec 6 i went to treatment i made it to 60 days.
I am actively working step one
Over the weekend i decided to par take in a series of what i am justifying as “experiments” i have cone to a few realizations and greatful for the progress that i have made m, because if anything these experiments that I indulged in and emyes i took it to an extreme. I was up to the usual shananigens - something i have been working hard to aviod certain people places and things bjt i decided that i cannot make recovery fir into this little safty box i havd created for myself, i have to undergo measures and experience real life on real terms
I did boost about experimenting, i didnt do my doc, i didnt even stay, i arrived late, and left early. Ultimately i chose self care over overall distructiin

Growth isn’t always clean or perfect, but choosing self-care over destruction is a huge step. You’re learning, adjusting, and staying aware, that matters. Keep showing up !
