There is not a single wrong answer to the question. I was raised as a Catholic. But I’ve never felt that i belonged in the church setting. I feel there’s more than one god iut there. Mother Nature is my higher power. Her power, beauty, silence, life and death all amazes me. Being out in her beauty helps me soul be cleared of unwanted, hurtful thing’s and helps me see the beauty

I practice self-I-dentity through Ho’oponopono it was made with Christianity and Buddhism in mind but I don’t think it’s exclusive. It’s actually pretty unique. I don’t have a problem with it.
And visualizing beautiful flowers is a spiritual cleansing tool because usually they have a metaphysical meaning to them like the double yellow hibiscus is a visualization or clearing on addictions. So is eating honey straws. So is Hawaiian lehua honey.
Love this post. Anything outside of yourself can be a higher power! I use the serenity and power of nature, especially forests, as well as the community inside the rooms as my higher powers
