Today is my 4th day sober it's hard to break these few steps to begin my normal life without drugs. I made a choice to change my life around and show the I love I could do not for them but for me. My walk alone is hard when you have no support from family or friends to lift you up but I do have a church that dose a lot thank you just wanted to share this.

Hey Adrian 4 days is a huge accomplishment! Nice job. We all just the 24 hours ahead of us. Lean on this group for your support. Physically go to meetings and get a sponsor that really helps. It did for me. Best of luck and thanks for sharing.
