Taking on too much

This was a challenge for me. I had a bad habit of stacking things up and getting overwhelmed. Then sad. Then drunk.
I had to break that cycle. It turns out saying NO was the key.
No, i can't solve your issue.
No, i can't add that into my schedule.
No, I already have plans.

I say yes to getting to the gym, meditation, and my career.
Selfish? Maybe...
Sober? Everyday!!!
