I had 2 and a half years sobriety but relapsed .I had to go intensive outpatient treatment besides the alcohol anonymous program

Hopeless, helpless, and beyond human aid. Fell out of a Jeep Wrangler at the age of 18 and landed on my head. Constant headaches that wouldnât stop, thought it my be better if I was dead. Then I found Alcohol even though my neurologist warned me to be careful with my alcohol consumption
