Covered eyes don’t see the truth
While open ears hear lies
Closed off minds have no perspective
They only despise
The squeaking wheel will get the oil
Open mouth gets fed
Gotta change our attitudes
Not live our lives in dread
Life is how we treat each other
Emotions set aside
Open up and live life honest
Lies will not abide
Take the steps to live life better
One day at a time
Listen to a better option
Than to live in crime
Times get hard but they get better
It’s about how we live
When we change our way of thinking
Love is what we give
