The clarity of realizing there are other toxic dynamics in my life that I need to change—alcohol has clouded my ability to see that and even with only a few days sober I feel like I’m seeing with more clarity.

That's great but remember things take time. We didn't become addicted in one day, we won't be able to fix our lives in one day. But the clarity is great, hold on to it and definitely write it down.
