The crippling panic attacks and making me feel like I'm going crazy again why do I take my medication if it does nothing I've taken my meds for years as prescribed we've finally adjusted them to the levels I should be at yet I still have this crippling panic waking up gasping for air can't lay down because I'm so wound up in my head walking around my city 24 hours a day sht I'm going on over 7 days this week I don't know the last time I was asleep truly asleep I nodded out last night because of some heroin woke up this afternoon but that's not sleep my feet hurt they're bleeding because I Pace my room or walk the city so much sht I even get stopped by the police sometimes at night asking why I'm walking around why they always see me well excuse me I'm sure it's because I'm absolutely fkg crazy and I like to walk that's what I should tell him but this anxiety I've had it since I was 8 I'm 44 does a panic attack ever end cuz I've been in one that many years it seems like
