The Eclipse

How many of you will be in the path of totality for April 8th’s eclipse and are excited about it?

( Pretty sure that I was too drunk to care about any of this back in 2017, when the last one took place ).

This is something else I appreciate about sobriety.
As in caring about things, the world around me and beyond.

Wishing everyone here a peaceful weekend.:waning_crescent_moon:

…ah, yep.
Oh man.
People may be trippin’due to the crowds, potential loss of cell phone coverage, use?
“ Y2K style “.
OK. That made me chuckle.

Hi, Troy-
Right, FL is not part of the path.
I guess that I will stay put here in northern Alabama.

I mean yeah, I guess I could get up and drive to Texas-and, or Kentucky…while I think people are already on the road.
Everything will be congested.
It is something that I should have planned out ahead of time.

Appreciate the update. Have an amazing day brother.

Thanks, man.
Same to you.
P.S.,
I’mma chick, yo.
I.e., lady!

I was in the totality and it was really cool! My son got some good images of the corona. I didn't get that part figured out, but I got quite a few photos as it got darker and darker and then lighter and lighter. It was a really cool thing to experience, especially since I was with one of my sons and was in contact with another as both he and his gf in one vehicle and myself and my middle son in another, drove 45 minutes or so to reach the totality. We went different directions but stayed in contact. It was a nice family experience.
