We have different views and opinions and you were offended and decided to be a dikhead and kick me from the discord chat and was going to play nice but I have 13 months sober and was frustrated by things on the news and was simply expressing myself and u couldn’t take it and blocked me

Dude you went on some unprompted extremist rant about killing the President/VP. I left that server after that. I suspect you continued on after that and they kicked you out. You claim to have 13 months. I would recommend acting like it and being a good representative of recovery to new people.

I just talked too someone that is my friend on here and won’t block me!!!!…And won’t judge me and she said I should not care what others think of me and help other addicts which is fine with me cause don’t have time for people who are judgmental and selfish!!!…so going too support groups twice a week and going to treatment facility too talk too guys who are just starting out!!!…Have 13 months sober and not ever going to put that at risk have a sponsor and did the steps so tell Kayla too grow up and stop acting like a five year old and unblock me so yeah later!!!!

While I sympathize with the restlessness, irritability, and discontent, I’d hope we all could agree that politics and/or the sharing of political ideologies are of no value on a platform such as this.

Well lol it’s things that are possible triggers for me it’s not about whether or not it’s a certain subject cause if that the case nothing should be bought up cause everyone is not going through the same things and don’t have the same living situation…

So if something is causing thoughts of drinking I am going to talk about it like everyone else does and different things trigger different people!!!

Recovery support is easy, stick to the topic of addiction and how to keep it at bay. Like the thanksgiving table, leave your opinions of politics and religion to yourself. Keep focused on the prize. I’ve learned in recovery that if someone wants my opinion they will ask.

Ok so these are triggers not about certain topics…That are causing me concern when it comes to possibly drinking it’s not political or religious and see people on here everyday talking about god!!!…So religion is part of sobriety and it a higher power so yeah will always keep it to sobriety no matter what is involved cause staying sober is my highest priority!!!!…Not alll going to agree with me and not here for them here to share my thoughts and feelings about what I am going through and so someone can relate and will always give my opinion weather someone wants to hear it or not
