I’m working hard on maintaining. I’ve got 48 hours under my belt. It’s been a liquidy 5-6 months and I forgot how to appreciate clarity and sleep. The first night was anxious sleep like it has been for a while but last night I started sleeping enough to dream again….and maybe dream for more while awake.

Keep the possibility of a medical detox in the back of your mind. It sometimes helps to not be the only one detoxing. Prayers for you.
