We all get into emotional, spiritual, physical, mental funks. Life. We are all way to busy life's day to day we forgot to tell ourselves that it's OK not to be OK. Sometimes I just want to SCREAM and other times I'm so thankful and at Peace it almost feels too good too be true. When that fog of emotional stress is lifted off my pickled
brain I understand why I'm worth more today and Thankful for even having feelings now.
