The girl on the left was literally dying from fatty liver diagnosis and still working just a few blocks from where her boyfriend in un-alived himself and she found him. I’ve been an alcoholic for 21 yrs and I have more relapses, hospital visits, med detoxes, and rehab s than I can count. In despair, the alcoholism got so low that I attempted it myself. I was found by my mother who drove from another city and had the paramedics break into my home. This time, I went into rehab saying I would take every suggestion given to me. It worked. I’m on the pink cloud a lot, but it’s grounded in reality and a with solid plan in place. It took me 21 yrs to find freedom, I don’t want it to take you that long. Bc the other side is oh so sweet.
This is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you!
Wow, what a great post! You’re absolutely beautiful!
I have a similar story, thank you for sharing! And you look amazing!
You look radiant! So happy to see you succeeding💖
Same here! Enough white chips to pave a parking lot. Decided I wanted to quit for myself, and it worked! Almost 7 months in!
You’ve had a long and difficult journey, and what courage to share it!
Have you considered sharing your story in the sober spotlight? The folks here in the app take stories from the community and share them. I think there is a banner that explains how. The last one was a good read.
Wow. You’re a walking miracle. The liver can heal. People don’t realize enough that alcohol is the number one killer. Keep that miracle growing. Congratulations on the new you.
God Bless you.
Great
You rock Kelley

You are doing it right and it shows. There is a strength in your words as they come through the screen.
Thank god (and your mom!) that you’re still here to inspire those who are still suffering.
KELLY, WHAT A STORY!! Our mess is our message as they say! Keep telling yours. It will move and inspire others who, like me, have struggled with relapses and failed rehab stints. You're a rock star!
Very cool
Thanks for sharing. You look healthy now
Everything about you looks so wonderfully healthy now. On that sweet side too and way better.
