All the tools I learned in my addiction. The friends and family I made through my 'psychosis' that I'll know forever. Being okay with being 'alone' 
I am so grateful that I am now free from most of my demons, thanks God. Still at work on becoming the person I want to be, but so grateful I don't have to live in the madness today.
