The hardest thing about not drinking is navigating my borderline personality disorder and learning not to let my emotions overtake me and spiral into something inappropriate. First therapy appointment and first smart meeting on Monday. Im done ignoring this.

I have BPD as well along with other mental illnesses with drug and alcohol addictions. What works for me is cleaning,music that soothes the soul. I go for a drive anywhere and think while having the music up. Keeping busy as well,reaching out on the tough days. I promise you that you'll learn what works for you and what doesn't
