The Holidays are stressful to many addicts. Forget not your human, if you make a mistake take Control of your actions and attitude, its all about perspective....if someone sets you off, remember as hard as it is sobriety is a selfish b****, its also fragile!... my ex tells me "shouldn't be hard for me since addicts are already so selfish". I say selfish for the right reasons is different. You gotta world of fam out here. Find a support that gets it!
