I drank a case of beer a weekend while working.it was to relax.
I’m retired and drink 1 litre of wine daily ( 730 to 830pm) same excuse.
My father was an alcoholic. My sister died an alcoholic. My alcoholic brother is sober ten years.
My son a drug addict for 21 years is sober five months.
Worry about him was the catalyst for my daily wine time( to relax).
