The longest I've been sober was a year but that was years ago I'm 26 mow been drinking since I was 11 idk how to stay sober I'm feeling it as we speak I don't want this for me and I don't want this to be an example for my kids any tips would be helpful

Fight like heck now kiddo do the work. I am literally twice yer age and have wasted so much of my life to alcohol.
