Be present in today, and live one day at a time. Remember, this is our goal. This is not a light switch that we just turn on, and it stays on. Our minds will constantly go back into the past and forward into the future. A daily program of recovery makes us aware of when we are feeling uncomfortable, and then we use our tools to refocus our minds on n the here and now.
