The Perfect Mocktail
Two parts Guava Nectar
One part Ginger Ale
Pinch of Tajin
Stir to combine, serve in a chilled tumbler, top beverage with two or three dashes of Tajin. Garnish with an orange wedge. Known as the Mockelada.
