Whatever you desire. Key ingredients: cola & lemonade. Sorta like an Arnold Palmer but with cola. Go nuts.
Ok I may be showing my age. But Coke and Pepsi both sold this. Coca-Cola with lemon & Pepsi Twist. I don't know if it's on the market anymore.
