This morning, I woke up and decided I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. Alcohol and drugs continue to ruin my life and i demand it to stop.

You got this. Now build a network of sober people around you and stay in the middle! If you're doing AA, get a service position and a sponsor ASAP. Life depends on it!
