The strength of the body

Grateful for this healthy relationship I have with my body. I am so grateful for the physical strength and tone of my new body. I have worked really hard to put myself physically back together. After 13 months of working out , doing yoga, running. I have really increased my energy levels. Grateful for this pause in this recovery it has resulted from strength training and conditioning.
