Todays reflection reading is a good one!
Up until 2 minutes ago I never knew what the symbol stood for.
One guy stated the each side of the triangle stood for “physical, emotional and spiritual” and then the circle was he, himself. Which held the triangle inside.
Kind of a neat way to look at it!
