The way you speak to yourself has an enormous impact

The way you speak to yourself has an enormous impact on your mood. Try, "I'm still learning" instead of "I made a mistake again." Speak kindly to yourself, always.

I remember a member of this group posting a graphic that said something like “Don’t let anyone live in your head rent free”. That was very helpful to me. And I’ve googled it and read more…and it helped me a lot with family drama.

I love your point about the way we speak to ourselves.

So what I mean is that sometimes the person that’s living in my head rent free is me and she’s not very kind?

I hate that b too lol

I know this hit home

Something that has helped me is getting f the voice in your head is critical or shaming, it is not your higher power, it is a broken part of yourself screaming for live and acceptance from your higher self.

I have found that resistance does not work long term, but loving the broken parts of myself helps to accept and start to become whole ..
