Von is right on the money! Honesty with yourself and with others is huge. And we do understand man. Everyone’s story is different in the details but the overall is the same. We can not control our addiction. Don’t beat yourself up. Be kind. Sobriety is hard, way harder than giving in to the substance. But you have a whole community here waiting to help, listen, and offer knowledge if they can.

It happens man. Now you know something that doesn’t work. The 75 up to that is not lost, or forgotten. Just pick up where you left off. You got this, and we all got your back!
