There is a lot broken in my life from obesity, to poor mental/physical health, little physical activity, cigarette smoking, but most of all my lifelong alcoholism. I know I must quit to begin solving the other problems in My life. My current health level poses some complications for My recovery efforts. My weight has increased dramatically in 2020, I started smoking again after quitting for over a decade. I have quit alcohol before, but never for more than 6 months. The last time I tried was in 2019 and my diet, weight, and physical health were much better then. Even then I had issues with insomnia which triggered stress, high blood pressure, and productivity problems. I'm concerned if I try to quit in my current health it could potentially be life threatening.
