You don’t have to do it alone. Maybe go to AA, NA - or any recovery fellowship. Even Zoom meetings will help. We never have to be alone, trying to battle this disease all by ourselves. We wouldn’t try to beat cancer alone, would we? Meetings and fellowship are the medicine for the disease of addiction. Love and peace to you. Starting over is OK.
I live in an area that doesn't offer much without traveling. I have been trying to find online meetings. Was supposed to be alumnied in to the ones the rehab I went to offered but must not have been a priority to them. Since I left things have gotten worse with no one or nothing to hold me up.
