This insomnia is crazy !!! .. but i guess is part of the battle... a battle im planning on winning .. so insomnia bring it on .

I’m coming up on 4 years sober. My only complaint is insomnia. I’ve literally tried everything. If you come up with something please let me know! It’s still better than being drunk all the time. But some sleep would be nice.

Sober 7 days, I couldn't sleep until day 5.....lot of weird dreams too, hang in there
