Hello Katie I to am a 4 months of sobriety and the people at the church I attend tell me that I've got this and to breath easy on the hard days. Funny that is it actually works
Keep up the good work. Just staying sober isn’t enough. WE have a solution in Alcoholic’s Anonymous.
If you haven’t already I encourage you to find a good sponsor and begin working the steps? Long term sobriety is available to each of us IF we do the work. Best wishes
