This is a very important milestone to me. I am not what they call a “first time winner” but I never gave up and had to get uncomfortable to become comfortable. This time I didn’t pick and choose what suggestions I took I did and do all of them. My new normal has become a healthy lifestyle in all my aspects of life. My family’s support has helped me a ton and relying and looking to God in every situation is key. They say its mind, body, and spirit. Some days are harder than others because I can easily forget how bad it was. Helping any newcomer and staying involved has led me to keep it fresh. No days off!!! 1 year here I come!!!
