This is my “one year since I quit booze” photo I plan to post tomorrow to my other social media.

It’s really hard for me to smile in photos, let alone ask someone to take a pic of me. I really tried in this one, LOL!

You look great! That smile looks good on you. Congrats on your first year. You are very very hard on yourself. May you learn to give yourself a break and enjoy your recovery more and more each day.
