This has helped me like nothing else...especially in the realm of "Self-forgiveness" (which I have struggled with like nothing else) as well as forgiveness in general. If anyone besides me gets something out of it that is my hope! Gabor Mate has a perspective that I've not heard elsewhere...a deeper truth!! I am so blessed to have found him by chance on utube and will be ordering some of his books when I'm able.
