This isn't a pink cloud talking because I am almost 4 years in on July 18. Just hope everyone is doing fluting awesome and feeling fluting remarkable as I am on this day. Words can not explain how great I feel. Thank you EMDR restoring me to sanity more than any 12 step meeting or step work ever could..God had nothing to do with this either. EMDR restored me to sanity and without the steps the cravings were removed a long earsss time ago. You find what works for you and do your own homework and educate yourself and find your own bliss. I am just sharing my own experience, strength and most importantly hope so haters you can hate and all I say is may you find peace in yourself to not feel threatened by my words.
