This one right here!

“That’s the one I want.”

You may feel like no one wants you. Christ wants me. He wants you.

If you chase Him with all your might, just as the prodigal son’s father, God will run to meet you. (Luke 15:20-24)

You will see God run!

When Christ died on the cross, He died for the most miserable souls- humanity- to which all of us belong.

We’re all hopeless without Him.

He wants you.

He wants your #recovery

I am "without him" and I am absolutely not "hopeless".

It's true, AA (which I am a part of) is full of god stuff. The god stuff is like crackers in a meatloaf. It's not really necessary, but it bulks it up a bit.

The truth is, the "meat" of AA is not really different than many other science based programs. They all have the same threads in them. Admit you need help because the way you're living isn't working". Get help from people who know what you're going through. Clean up your life. Get stuff off your chest. Hang out with sober people. Help other people get sober. Stay sober. There is absolutely no magic. It's reasonable and it works much of the time.

Please don't tell people they need belief in god to get and stay sober. This is just not true, and I think it turns people off more often than not.

The world is changing. That old way of thinking is really showing itself to not be effective.

Live long and prosper.

We differ in beliefs. I do believe God is at the core of recovery. That’s my ministry. Yours might be different. This is mine! Thanks!

Without God, everyone is doomed to eternal destruction . This is my ministry. Thank you!

Sounds like a really nice guy.

I feel like you are more about religion and much less about recovery. The way you're trying to tie the two together is very weak.

It’s good we all have opinions. They’re like noses. They all smell!

I’m about God and Christ being the center of recovery. If that’s not your jam, feel feee to scroll. This is my ministry. This is what I believe in. This is my life.
