This started as me wanting a sober 2025. Just one year completely sober no weed and no alcohol. Clearly got a jump on the alcohol before the cannabis. Man, let me tell you, the pride when I got that year bubble was something else. I didn't expect that.
I started the habits to numb the pains of a hard childhood. I realized that as an adult I shouldn't have to numb myself from the life I have built. And if I had built a life I wanted to numb myself from, well that needed to change. Either way, a stint of sobriety was my answer. I am happy to inform you that I love my life. Some spots still need some TLC but let me tell you it's worth all the effort.

This is awesome, kicking alcohol was the best decision I ever made. Eventually I'll get to stopping cannabis but for now being alcohol free is my biggest source of pride! You're doing awesome let's make it two years!
