This was last year during a spurt of sobriety I had , it's amazing to see how just 19 days without my DOC affected my over all appearance. I'm coming up on one year no DOC and 8 months of no 420 :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

The irony of the 19 days and the date isn't lost on me!! :rofl: Congratulations on 1 year!! That's an eternity for a guy like me, bc drugs and alcohol were the solutions to all of my problems! Congratulations on your sober time, I will keep you in my prayers! :pray:t2::muscle:t2::heart:

Thank you very much!! :heart: this is what I like to show when I say take it one day at a time because before you know it 19 days can turn into almost a year :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I had my last relapse July 20th of last year shortly after this spur of sobriety but for me my last relapse showed me my Step 1 in NA

WE admitted WE were powerless over *, and OUR lives had become unmanageable. This is a WE program, and WE do this thing TOGETHER!! :muscle:t2::pray:t2::heart:
