Good morning just wanted to share. This morning has me thinking of those, I have lost due to the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction. My stepfather and his best friend Donnie and Richard. My brother Todd died at 21. My best friend James died at 36. my Sponsee, Chadwick, who died at 24. Lost but never forgotten.

This winter season has been a rough one…news of death and loss.
I guess (?) that we move forward moment by moment…and honor the people we continue to love…by living well.

( The acceptance of these realities can feel so, so heavy at times ).
