Thoughts, and compulsiveness

I want to use. I don’t search for it but if it presented itself I would. I don’t want too. Starting to feel it grow

It will pass and you’ll be so happy you didn’t pick up

This had worked for me in the past, by picking up the phone and talking to another alcoholic, attend meetings, the feelings will pass.

I know it’s just very overwhelming sometimes even like a guilty pleasure

Hi Ray, try to focus on a task. Chores, a game, puzzles, conversations. If your brain isn’t occupied with something else, your thoughts will almost always go in a wrong direction.
