I found the AA program has empowered me to choose my thoughts. When I remember to stop, when thinking negatively or over complicating things, I can choose positive thoughts, simply let complications work themselves out. Then I feel better. Then everything gets easier.
My disease is a prison. My key to freedom is my sober practices.
