The reflection today is a reminder that I have to face the past and clear it up in order to move forward toward peace. No matter how hard it is at the time, the only way to be able to look myself in the eye is with the knowledge that I took responsibility for my actions in the past and did whatever it took to clear up the wreckage my drinking and past behavior created.
